Vizard Agent Challenge 2026
Official Rules

Version 1.0 · Effective Sep 15, 2026

These Rules are the single source of truth for the contest. If anything on the website or in marketing materials conflicts with this document, these Rules govern. By entering, you agree to these Rules, the Vizard Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy. Void where prohibited by law.

1.Eligibility

Open to individuals 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) worldwide, excluding regions subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions and persons on restricted-party lists. Any registered Vizard account in good standing can enter; no paid subscription is required to enter or win. Enter solo or as a team of up to 3; team composition is locked at submission, and prizes are paid to the team captain for distribution. Employees, officers and directors of Vizard and contest partners, anyone involved in judging or winner selection, and their immediate family or household members may not enter.

2.How entries must be made

The core AI generation and editing of your video must be completed inside Vizard Agent, in the project you submit. You may upload your own footage, images and documents as input, and use licensed third-party music and sound effects. Generating video with another AI tool and presenting it as Agent output is prohibited. Vizard may verify any entry against its Agent session before or after winners are announced; keep your contest project intact for 6 months after the contest ends, and refusing verification may disqualify the entry.

3.What you submit

(a) The final film, at least 30 seconds, made in Vizard Agent; (b) a public post of the film on TikTok, X, YouTube or Instagram carrying both official hashtags #OneBriefOneVideo #VizardAgent and tagging the official Vizard account; (c) the entry form on the contest site: track, Agent project, film, and the post link. Max 2 entries per person or team per track; unlimited across tracks; the same or substantially the same film may not be entered more than once. Submissions are final once made and cannot be withdrawn. Deadline: Oct 6, 23:59 Anywhere-on-Earth.

4.Content standards and third-party rights

You are solely responsible for holding all rights to the footage, likenesses, brands, music and other material in your entry, and you agree to indemnify Vizard against third-party claims arising from your entry. Infringing, sexually explicit, violent, hateful content, or inappropriate content involving minors is prohibited. Vizard may remove entries and disqualify participants at its discretion.

5.License you grant

By entering, you grant Vizard a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, edit and create derivative works of your entry, including the film, stills and clips from it, and your brief and key workflow excerpts from the Agent session, for any purpose, including contest promotion, product marketing, paid advertising, in-product examples, and publication as official templates, in any media now known or later developed, with no additional compensation beyond any prize won.

You keep ownership of your work. The license is non-exclusive, so you remain free to publish, sell and reuse your own entry anywhere. Briefs published as official templates carry your name. You may request redaction of confidential details (for example brand or client names) before winners are announced.

6.Publicity

By entering, you agree that Vizard may use your name or username, country, likeness and excerpts of your entry in connection with the contest and its promotion, without additional compensation.

7.Privacy and verification

Vizard may review contest-project sessions for verification and use-case research. This is limited strictly to projects you enter into the contest, is disclosed prominently at registration, and is handled under the Vizard Privacy Policy.

8.Judging and awards

All awards are decided by internal judging; there is no public vote. The Roadmap Award is selected directly by the product team. One entry can stack at most one track award plus one of Viral Pick / Roadmap. If any track receives fewer than 10 valid entries, its awards may be vacated or merged into another track. Judging decisions are final.

Brief leverage30 pointsHow little instruction it took, and how efficient revisions were
Use-case value25 pointsIs this a job other people have too? Would your brief work as a template for them?
Reach15 pointsPublic engagement measured at a fixed snapshot time announced in advance, tiered and anti-fraud reviewed

9.Prizes and payment

Cash prizes are paid within 30 days of verification of identity and tax information; payment is conditioned on returning requested documentation within 14 days of notification, and unclaimed prizes may be forfeited and reawarded. Winners bear applicable taxes. Credits prizes are deposited within 7 days of the announcement and remain valid for at least 12 months; credits are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Participation credits are not granted up front: entries are made with the entrant's own account, and 600 credits are deposited only after a submission passes manual review. Entries that fail review, and duplicate or low-effort submissions, earn nothing, and abuse forfeits participation credits. Prizes obtained through violations discovered after payment may be reclaimed.

10.Disqualification and enforcement

Grounds for disqualification include: entries not verifiably made in Vizard Agent, uncleared third-party material, prohibited content, duplicate or bot accounts, and abnormal account activity. Evident engagement fraud disqualifies an entry from the Viral Pick and reach scoring only, unless the fraud extends further. Vizard may freeze accounts pending review.

11.General

Vizard may adjust the schedule for operational reasons or force majeure; submission deadlines can only be extended, never shortened. Vizard may cancel or modify the contest if it cannot run as planned, in which case awards may be made among valid entries received. Governing law and dispute resolution follow the Vizard Terms of Service.
