How to build one reference sheet for your characters and locations
Ask Vizard Agent for a reference sheet before it generates a single scene. What does Vizard Agent actually do?
A description is not an anchor. It gets read again for every scene, and by scene four the film has quietly recast itself. So Vizard Agent fixes the people and the places as images first, alongside the narration and the music, which means the whole look can be settled in one review rather than three. In the sessions behind this article it:
- Read the script for which characters and which locations recur.
- Generated a clean, well-lit reference image for each recurring character and each recurring location, then assembled them into a single sheet.
- Inspected the sheet at full size and regenerated anything that was off before it was used, when a change costs one image rather than six scenes.

- Checked the scenes against the sheet for drift, because anchoring reduces drift rather than eliminating it.
When does this not work well?
An anchor constrains, it does not command. Extreme angles, very wide shots with little face to anchor, and heavy stylisation all weaken the resemblance. A character who is meant to change during the film, through ageing or a new costume, needs a second reference rather than a stricter one. Real people are a separate question with their own rules.
