What does Vizard Agent actually do?
The ear follows the bar, not the words, and the offending words rarely start and stop where the bar does. So the music is transcribed before anything is cut, and every cut is placed on a fitted beat grid. That makes the cut points arguable rather than assumed. In the session behind this article it:
