How to make a cover that survives the profile grid crop
Tell Vizard Agent the cover has to work in the profile grid as well as in the player. The grid shows a tighter rectangle out of the middle of your tall frame, so anything near the top or bottom is simply not there — and that is usually where the title ended up.
What is the short version?

What do you need before you start?
Whatever the cover should show — the product, the book, the face, the logo — and the words you want on it, if any. Keep the wording short: the grid crop is small on a phone, and a line that reads comfortably in the player is often illegible there.
Say which platform. The crops differ, and a cover built for one profile grid is not automatically right for another. Naming it lets Vizard Agent check against the correct rectangle rather than a generic safe area.
What do you type into Vizard Agent?
Say both contexts explicitly, in the same sentence. "Make a cover" produces a cover for the player, because that is the frame everyone is working in, and the grid stays an afterthought that nobody mentions until the post is already up.

A cover that reads in both places: full and composed in the player, still legible and still about the same thing in the grid. The headline is intact, the subject is centred, and nothing important is sitting in the strip that gets cut.
You get it as a file. Uploading it yourself means the cover is not tied to the first frame of the video, so you can change one without redoing the other.
When does this not work well?
When the design genuinely needs the full height. A tall stack of text, a before-and-after arranged vertically, a figure standing full-length — those are player compositions, and forcing them into the grid rectangle makes them worse in both places. Two separate images is the better answer.
It also does not help with a platform that crops unpredictably or changes its layout. Vizard Agent checks against the crop as it is now; an app update can move it.
And a very busy source image resists this. If the cover is a photograph rather than a composition, there may be no framing that keeps everything important inside the narrower rectangle.
How do you fix a result that came back wrong?
Say what is missing in the grid and roughly how much. "The title is cut off" and "his head is cut off" point at the same edge and very different amounts, and Vizard Agent re-composes around the crop rather than scaling the whole image down to fit.
If the type is legible in the player and not in the grid, it needs to be larger rather than moved. That is a real trade against the full-frame look, and it is usually worth taking, since the grid is where most people see it first.
