How to make a voiceover say your brand name correctly

When does this not work well?
Pronunciation control comes down to spelling tricks, and some names resist them however they are written out. Names with no obvious phonetic form can need several tries, very short names give the voice little context, and silent letters are best written out as sounds. Say which regional accent you mean, and whether an initialism is read as a word or spelt out.
