How to make sure everyone on the team gets seen, not just the loudest
Tell Vizard Agent that every member of the team has to appear at least once, clearly and on their own. It compares the faces across your footage, works out where each person actually shows up, crops so nobody is a smudge at the edge of a wide shot, and orders the cut so everyone gets a moment.
What do you type into Vizard Agent?
Say "clearly and individually" to Vizard Agent. Those two words are the whole instruction. Without them, a wide shot with eight people in it satisfies "everyone appears" while showing nobody, which is exactly the outcome you are trying to avoid.

What does Vizard Agent actually do?
Left to itself, any edit gravitates to the person who talks most and films best, which makes a good video and a bad message. So the people are told apart first, and each one becomes something the edit can be checked against. The job was a promotional video for a live broadcast team of presenters. - Looked at the uploaded stills of the people involved, reviewed the frames of every clip one at a time and compared the team members' faces against each other.
- Compared the framing of clips covering the same people, defined the crops with coordinate references rather than by eye, and located each member on screen across the material.
- Chose the best shots, checked one tight crop in detail, and normalised every shot so they could be reviewed as a set.
- Reviewed the final order of the shots, then scanned the wider material second by second for anyone still missing.
- Checked the corrected shots and the last framing adjustments, and reviewed the rendered video frame by frame before delivery.
When does this not work well?
The rule is only ever as good as the footage underneath it. Someone who was never filmed clearly cannot be shown clearly by Vizard Agent or anyone else, and a very short runtime puts a hard limit on how many individual moments there is room for. Eight people in fifteen seconds is a flash, and past a dozen a group card may serve better.
Common questions
Can one person still lead? Yes. Say so and Vizard Agent keeps them prominent while covering the rest.
What if someone was never filmed? Vizard Agent tells you rather than pretending a wide shot counts.
What about people in the background? Tell Vizard Agent whether that counts. By default it does not.
