How to make sure the reference you linked was actually seen
Send the reference as a file rather than a link wherever you can, and check that Vizard Agent confirms it opened it before the build starts. A link to a private post, an expired transfer or a platform that refuses automated fetching cannot be looked at, and an edit "matched" to something unseen is matched to nothing.
What do you type into Vizard Agent?
Say what to take from the reference, not just that there is one. What does Vizard Agent actually do?
It tries several routes and then reports. A page link gets resolved towards its actual media, a direct fetch is attempted, and if the video is not reachable it looks at whatever preview the page exposes instead. If none of that yields something it can watch, it says so. In the session behind this article it:

When does this not work well?
When the reference is behind a login that only you have. Nothing Vizard Agent can do gets past that, and the practical answer is a screen recording of the reference played back on your own machine. Expired transfer links are the other common case: past its retention window the service returns a page rather than a file. Some platforms refuse automated fetching even for public posts.
