Consistency is the whole mechanism: someone who scrolls past three of your clips in a week sees the same mark in the same corner each time. When does this not work well?
A watermark is a small permanent cost on every frame you publish. A plain mark vanishes over busy footage, marks too close to the edge get cut off by platform crops, and captions usually want the same space. Too large, it becomes the thing people notice. Will it be readable over everything? It checks. Vizard Agent renders it onto real frames and adds a shadow if it needs one.
