How to stop a multicam edit cutting to the wrong camera

When does this not work well?
The fix depends on the right shot existing somewhere in the recording. Where the switcher made the only camera decision and no wide shot or other angle was recorded, Vizard Agent has nothing to cut to and will say so. When everyone talks at once no correct camera exists, and a hard clip length leaves no seconds to complete an answer.
