How to stop your captions running into the end card

What is the short version?
Two things want the lower third of your final seconds: the captions, which were laid out against the picture, and the end card, which was added later. Neither knows about the other, and the collision only exists in the last four seconds of the video.

What does Vizard Agent actually do?
Here is what it does on real cuts where captions ran into a closing card. Both of the repairs below came from real sessions, and which one is right depends entirely on whether the last lines are saying anything.
- Renders the end section and pulls frames from it.
- Inspects the overlap at full resolution.
- Identifies what is being covered — logo, wordmark, or a platform overlay.
- Measures how much room there is above it.
- Either lifts the caption layout higher in frame for that section.

Step three is worth doing properly. A built-in subscribe animation and your own end card occupy different parts of the frame and appear at different moments, so the fix for one will not necessarily clear the other.
Step six is the option people forget they have. The last caption lines of a video are very often the narrator saying goodbye, and dropping them costs nothing while leaving the end card completely clean.
Step four decides which of the two repairs is even available. If there are only forty pixels of clear frame above the card then lifting the layout will not help, and Vizard Agent measures that before offering it as an option.
Step nine is the check that keeps the fix local. Moving a caption layout is easy to apply globally by accident, and captions that sit too high for the whole video are a worse problem than the one you started with.
What does the result look like?
An ending where the logo is completely legible and the caption text is either sitting clear above it or gone altogether. The rest of the video is untouched, with the captions in exactly the position they were in before.

When does this not work well?
Sometimes there is simply nowhere to move to, and Vizard Agent will say so rather than improvising. In a vertical video with a full-width end card and a platform overlay of its own, the space above the card is often already occupied by something else you need to keep.

- The final lines matter. Then the card has to move instead.
- Platform overlays. You do not control where those sit.
- Burnt-in captions. They need a re-render either way.
- A card that fills the frame. Nothing can sit over it.
How do you fix a result that came back wrong?
Say which of the two fixes you actually wanted. Because Vizard Agent can either lift the caption layout or drop the final lines, a note that names the ending you have in mind resolves the whole thing in a single pass.
- "Keep the lines, move them." The layout lifts instead.
- "They moved for the whole video." Scope it to the ending.
- "It still touches the wordmark." More clearance measured.
- "Move the card, not the text." The end card shifts down.
