Step 9 is why the scene titles survive. The labels do not sit in the same place in every scene, so checking scene three, five, six and eight individually is what stops a mask built for one layout from clipping a title in another.
What does the result look like?
The recording this was built from measures 1920x1080 at 30fps and runs 336.6 seconds — a little over five minutes. What comes back is the same lecture with the slide inserts and their numbering gone, the background reconstructed where they sat, and the scene numbers and titles exactly where they were.
Nothing else in the video changes. The speaker, the audio, the timing and every other graphic are untouched, which is the whole requirement: this is a subtraction, not a re-edit.
When does this not work well?
Removing a graphic that was burnt into the picture means rebuilding whatever was behind it, and that has real limits. Vizard Agent tests the removal on representative frames and shows you the actual result rather than promising more than the footage can support.
- Panels over the speaker are hardest. There is a person to reconstruct, not a wall.
- Moving backgrounds complicate patches. A static fill fails when the shot moves.
- Similar overlays are easy to confuse. Say precisely which layer stays.
- Compression leaves edges. Low-quality recordings show the repair.
- Layouts change between scenes. One mask does not fit the whole video.
How do you fix a result that came back wrong?
Point at the scene that is wrong. Vizard Agent keeps the timeline map, all the full-resolution layout inspections, the clean reference frame and the removal tests, so one scene's mask can be adjusted without redoing the whole recording.
