How to turn screenshots of customer comments into an ad

Last updated 2026-09-01 · 8 min read

Send the screenshots of what customers actually said, plus a few product photos and your logo. Vizard Agent reads every screenshot, uses those real words as the script, and builds the picture around them from your photos — inventing no reviews of its own.

What is the short version?

A small business almost never has usable footage, and almost always has a folder full of screenshots — messages, comments, replies — from people who genuinely liked the thing. Those screenshots are the advertisement already written; all they are missing is pictures to sit over.

  1. Go to Vizard Agent and send the screenshots of real comments.
  2. Send whatever product photos you have.
  3. Send your logo for the end card.

What do you need before you start?

The screenshots themselves and a handful of product photographs. Vizard Agent reads what is actually in each screenshot rather than working from a summary, so send the image files rather than typing out what you remember people having said.

What do you type into Vizard Agent?

Say plainly that the comments are real and must stay exactly that way. Vizard Agent writes the script from what you send it, and being explicit about that boundary is what keeps the finished advertisement clean of any sentence nobody actually said.

Prompt

Make an advert for [the sandwich business]. The logo is attached, and so are screenshots of comments from people who have tasted it. Use their real words — do not invent or embellish any reviews. [20 to 30] seconds, for social.

Variants worth knowing:

What does Vizard Agent actually do?

Here is the order Vizard Agent worked in on a real advertisement built from five comment screenshots and five product photographs. Almost the whole first half of the session is spent simply looking at every single image you sent, one at a time, before anything is decided.

  1. Lists the uploads and loads its approach for a product advertisement.
  2. Copies everything into the workspace and downloads each attached image.
  3. Views the logo.
  4. Reads each of the five comment screenshots individually.
  5. Views each of the five product photographs in turn.
  6. Checks the available tools and organises the assets.
  7. Inspects the product photos more closely for what they can carry.
  8. Uploads the key images into the asset pipeline.
  9. Enhances the product photographs and generates the media assets.
  10. Checks the voiceover length and reviews the enhanced photos.
  11. Generates motion clips from the still photographs and the advertisement's graphics.
  12. Probes the durations and extracts frames for review.
  13. Re-extracts the card and overlay frames to check the layout.

Step eleven is what stops it being a slideshow. Still photographs of food do not hold attention for thirty seconds, so Vizard Agent generates short moving shots from them and lets the customers' words carry the argument over the top.

What does the result look like?

The advertisement this page is written from ran twenty to thirty seconds: the real comments used as the script, the enhanced product photographs turned into short moving shots, designed graphics carrying each quote, and the business's own logo on the closing card.

Nothing in it was invented. That is the whole point — a made-up review is worthless as evidence and risky as advertising, while a real one from a real customer is the only kind anybody believes.

When does this not work well?

The comments in those screenshots are other people's words, and putting them into a paid advertisement is a decision with consequences that reach well beyond the edit itself. These are the places where it needs your judgement rather than the tool's.

How do you fix a result that came back wrong?

Say which comment is wrong, or which shot. Vizard Agent keeps every screenshot it read, the enhanced photographs and all the generated motion clips, so a different quote or an entirely new opening is a re-cut from existing material rather than a rebuild.

How does Vizard Agent compare to doing it yourself?

By hand this almost always turns into a slideshow of raw screenshots with a music track behind it, which reads to a viewer as exactly what it is. Vizard Agent turns your photographs into motion instead and sets the real words over them as properly designed graphics.

By hand Vizard Agent
The comments Pasted in as screenshots Read, and set as designed graphics
The pictures Static photos Short moving shots generated from them
The words Rewritten to sound better Kept exactly as the customer wrote them
The risk Embellishment creeps in Nothing invented, by instruction

Common questions

Do I need to type out the comments? No. Vizard Agent reads them out of the screenshots you send.

Will it improve the wording? Not unless you ask. Vizard Agent keeps real comments as written.

Can it show the screenshots themselves? Yes, though set text usually looks better. Vizard Agent can do either.

Should I blur the names? Usually yes. Vizard Agent blurs handles and profile pictures if you say so.

Do I need permission? That is yours to sort out. Using someone's words in an advertisement is a different thing from them posting a comment.

How many comments work? Three to five in thirty seconds. Vizard Agent picks the strongest if you send more.

What if my photos are poor? It enhances them. Vizard Agent will tell you when a photograph cannot carry a full-screen shot.

Can it animate the photos? Yes. Vizard Agent generates short moving shots from stills so it is not a slideshow.

Can it write a voiceover? Yes, reading the real comments. Vizard Agent measures the length against the cut.

What goes at the end? Your logo and the call to action. Vizard Agent builds the card from your branding.

Why does "no invented reviews" matter so much? Because a fabricated testimonial is both useless and dangerous — it convinces nobody who reads carefully and exposes you to a complaint from anyone who checks. The real ones are the entire asset.

Can I make more from the same folder? Yes. Vizard Agent builds a second advertisement around a different set of comments from the same screenshots.

What if a comment mentions a competitor? Leave it out. Vizard Agent uses only the comments you approve, and a comparison in someone else's words is still a comparison you are publishing.

Can it show the product being made? If you have photographs of that, yes. Vizard Agent generates short moving shots from those the same way.

Does it check the result? Yes. Vizard Agent reviews the graphics cards, the overlays and the rendered frames before delivering the cut.

Can it use comments in another language? Yes. Vizard Agent reads the screenshot in whatever language it is written in and keeps the wording as it stands.
