What does Vizard Agent actually do?
Almost all of it is looking: first at the files, then at a montage of frames, then at what happens inside each clip as it plays. Vizard Agent doesn't sample one frame per clip. It chooses where each one starts and stops, which is the only way to know the good part of the kitchen shot is the second half. In the session behind this article it:
- Probed all nine clips for resolution, duration and format, and stitched a thumbnail from each into one montage to see which rooms it had.
- Checked the rotation metadata, which phone footage stores separately from the picture, and whether the clips carried audio, running speech recognition on the first to see if anyone narrated.
- Built frame-by-frame grids for individual clips to trace camera motion, door openings and reveals.
- Read each grid to pick the best segment: the door in clip 1, the reveal in clip 4, the kitchen pacing in clip 9, the balcony slider in clip 3.
- Assembled the tour as a 1080x1920, 30fps H.264 file of 27.3 seconds with AAC audio, and later added subtitles to the existing cut.
When does this not work well?
The limits are the limits of the footage. Vizard Agent chooses well among what you shot and cannot choose what you did not shoot. Badly lit rooms stay badly lit, a very shaky walkthrough stays shaky or gets cropped tighter, and without an establishing shot the tour starts in a corridor. Claims in captions are your representations to a buyer.

Do I need to sort the clips first? No. Vizard Agent looks at all of them and works out what each one shows.
Can I get a vertical and a wide version? Yes. Ask Vizard Agent for both, and the second is a re-frame rather than a fresh edit.
Will it add captions with the property details? Only if you give it the details. Vizard Agent doesn't know the asking price or floor area unless you say.
