When does this not work well?

The text has to be separable from its background by brightness alone. Coloured text on a light background, text laid over a bright photograph, or a shot where the background is as bright as the letters themselves gives Vizard Agent's threshold nothing at all to work with.

How do you fix a result that came back wrong?

Say where the text is wrong rather than that the threshold is wrong. Vizard Agent keeps every test it ran, so a fix is usually choosing a different one for that section rather than starting the isolation again.
