What does Vizard Agent actually do?
A thumbnail is a face, a few words and a colour. The face is the part people get wrong: they pick the photo where they look best, when the one that works is the photo where they look like the video's subject. The cutout matters as much, because it has to survive a dark background. In the session behind this article it:

When does this not work well?

Low-resolution photos show at the cutout edge, hair against a busy background is the hardest cutout there is, and titles past four or five words stop reading. Two accent colours fight at that size.
