How to show a PDF product as full-frame turning pages

When does this not work well?
When the pages are mostly dense small text. Even at full width, a phone shows a few lines at a readable size, so pick the pages with headings, diagrams or checklists and let the narration carry the rest. Very long documents also need a selection: nine pages turn well in forty seconds, ninety do not.
