How to turn one page of your website into a video
Give Vizard Agent the URL of one page and say how long the video should be. Vizard Agent reads the page, samples its brand colours, extracts and verifies the logo, records a scroll through it to find a clean window of real page footage, and builds brand cards timed against the music.
What is the short version?
The page already contains the offer, the proof and the branding — somebody wrote it and somebody designed it. Turning it into twenty seconds is a production job rather than a creative one, and it is the production job nobody has time for.
- Go to Vizard Agent and give it the page URL.
- Say the length and where the video is going.
- Say who it is for, if the page speaks to more than one audience.
What do you need before you start?
A live page and a length. Vizard Agent reads the copy, samples the colours and pulls the images itself, so the only thing it genuinely needs from you beyond the link is the constraint — twenty seconds is a very different video from sixty.
- One page, not the whole site. A specific page makes a specific video.
- The length. Twenty seconds for a feed; longer if it is going on the page itself.
- The audience. If the page addresses several, name the one this video is for.
- Anything off the page. A claim you no longer make, an old testimonial, a product being retired.
- The shape. Vertical for social, square for a feed, wide for the site.
What do you type into Vizard Agent?
One line with the link. Vizard Agent reads the page rather than needing it summarised, so writing out what the page says mostly duplicates work — and the page is the version your audience will check the video against anyway.
Prompt
Variants worth knowing:
- Show the real page. Ask for the scroll footage to appear; it grounds the video in something real.
- Cards only. A cleaner, more graphic version with no page footage at all.
- Several pages, several videos. Ask for one each and they will share a look.
What does Vizard Agent actually do?
Here is the order Vizard Agent worked in on a real page-to-video job. Two things stand out: it does not trust its own logo extraction until it has looked at it on the brand's own background, and it hunts for a clean window in the scroll recording rather than using the first few seconds.
- Reads the page and loads the software-ad playbook.
- Grabs the brand colours, a full-page capture and music options.
- Looks at the page screenshot and samples the scroll recording, reviewing the frames.
- Inspects the page markup for the section selectors it needs.
- Pulls the brand images and finds the logo file.
- Checks the logo against the brand navy, verifies the cutout, re-crops it and verifies again.
- Renders six brand cards, downloads the service icons, and re-renders two cards after reviewing them.
- Checks the proof card's attribution, fixes the layout of four cards and reviews the new versions.
- Maps the scroll recording to find a clean window, measures the music's energy, composes the real-page shot and assembles the cut — then re-times the cards after watching it back.
Step 6 is the small stubborn one. A logo extracted from a page usually carries a fringe of the background it was sitting on, and it only shows once the logo is placed on a dark brand colour — so Vizard Agent put it there and looked.
What does the result look like?
From the run this page is written from, probed on the delivered file: 1080x1920, H.264, 30fps, 20.0 seconds, AAC audio. Vertical, exactly twenty seconds, six brand cards and a real shot of the page itself, with sound accents and music measured against the card timings.
Vizard Agent watched the finished render end to end before delivering, having already re-timed the cards once after reviewing the first assembly.
Timing was not measured separately for this kind of job. The closest measured work runs a median of 28 to 38 minutes end to end, with the middle half spread considerably wider. Across all projects the median cost by tier is Flash 47, Pro 55, Max 242, Ultra 263 credits.
When does this not work well?
Everything in the video comes from the page, so the page's weaknesses become the video's weaknesses. Vizard Agent extracts the assets, verifies the logo and checks the layouts carefully, and a thin page still produces a thin video no matter how well the twenty seconds are put together.
- A vague page gives a vague video. If the copy does not say what you do, neither will the video.
- Stale claims travel. A testimonial or a statistic on the page ends up in the video; check the page first.
- Low-resolution logos and images limit everything. The page's assets are the video's assets.
- A page behind a login cannot be read. Vizard Agent reads what an ordinary visitor can read, so anything gated has to be supplied directly.
- The video ages with the page. Change your pricing or your positioning and the video keeps saying the old thing until it is rebuilt.
- Twenty seconds is six cards. A page with fifteen selling points needs to be narrowed rather than compressed, and Vizard Agent will narrow it for you if you do not.
- One page is one video. A whole site's worth of pages is a series, not a longer cut.
How do you fix a result that came back wrong?
Say which card. Vizard Agent keeps the extracted logo, the brand colours, every rendered card and the scroll recording, so re-timing a section or fixing a layout is a re-render of one element rather than another pass over your website.
- "The proof card should credit the client." That card re-rendered with the attribution.
- "The cards move too fast." Re-timed against the same music measurements.
- "Use the other section of the page." A new card set from the copy already read.
How does Vizard Agent compare to doing it yourself?
By hand this is a screen recording, a designer's afternoon on six cards, a logo you have to cut out cleanly, and a music track you time everything against by ear — for one page, out of the twenty on your site.
| By hand | Vizard Agent | |
|---|---|---|
| The copy | Rewrite from the page | Read from the live page |
| Brand colours | Look them up or guess | Sampled from the page itself |
| The logo | Cut it out and hope | Extracted, checked, re-cropped |
| Page footage | One scroll, whatever it looks like | Recording mapped for a clean window |
Common questions
Does it need my brand guidelines? No. Vizard Agent samples the colours from the page and extracts the logo from it directly, so a live URL is genuinely the whole input.
Will it show the actual page? Yes, if you want it to. Vizard Agent records a scroll and finds a clean stretch to use.
Can it do several pages? Yes. Ask for one video each and Vizard Agent keeps them visually consistent.
What if my page is long? Vizard Agent narrows it to what fits. Say which section matters most if you have a preference.
Can I get a square or wide version? Yes. The cards are re-laid for the new shape rather than cropped.
Will the claims be accurate? They come from your page. Vizard Agent repeats what is published, so correct the page first.
