When does this not work well?
Every treatment here is a repair rather than an improvement, and repairs have limits set when the recording was made. Stabilisation crops to hide the shake, so heavy shake costs a lot of picture. Upscaling recovers sharpness, not detail, so a soft source stays soft underneath. And a bad shot stays bad: Vizard Agent will drop it rather than repair it beyond use.
