How to make a subscribe animation for your channel
Tell Vizard Agent what the subscribe clip should say and who should say it. Vizard Agent fetches one of your earlier videos, takes a frame from it, and uses that frame as a visual reference for the new clip — so the animation matches your channel instead of looking like a template somebody else also bought.
What is the short version?
A subscribe animation is four seconds that appears in every video you make. That repetition is exactly why it should look like your channel and not like a stock asset, and exactly why nobody wants to spend an afternoon on it.
- Go to Vizard Agent and say what the clip should say and in what voice.
- Say which shapes you need — vertical, wide, or both.
- Point at a previous video so Vizard Agent can match your channel.
What do you need before you start?
The words, the voice and something to match. Vizard Agent will build the animation from a description alone, and it gets substantially better when it has one of your existing videos to look at, because a channel's visual identity is easier to copy than to describe.
- What it says. Usually your channel name plus a request. Keep it to a few words, since Vizard Agent has four seconds to make them readable.
- The voice. A child's voice, your own, a narrator. This carries more character than the picture does.
- Which shapes. Vertical for shorts and wide for regular videos are different layouts, not a crop.
- A previous video. In the same project, or uploaded. This is what makes it match.
- The length. Four or five seconds. Anything longer gets skipped, and Vizard Agent will hold to whatever you name.
What do you type into Vizard Agent?
Say the words and the voice, then point at your existing work. The second half does more than any description of colours and fonts would, because Vizard Agent can look at your channel and copy what it sees.
Prompt
Variants worth knowing:
- Both shapes at once. Ask for vertical and wide together; the second is a re-lay rather than a second build.
- Silent version. Useful when you already have music running under your outro.
- A matching end card. Ask in the same project and Vizard Agent builds it against the subscribe clip.
What does Vizard Agent actually do?
Here is the order Vizard Agent worked in on a real subscribe animation. The middle steps are the ones worth knowing about: it does not describe your style to itself, it takes a picture of it and works from that.
- Checks the project history for what has been made before.
- Lists the available asset tools.
- Fetches the previous video from the channel for style reference.
- Grabs frames from that video.
- Looks at the previous video's style in those frames.
- Reads the tool options, then the audio tool options specifically.
- Uploads a style reference frame so the generation is anchored to a real picture from your channel.
- Searches for a suitable voice and generates the music and sound effects.
Step 7 is the one that matters. A frame from your own video is a far more precise instruction than any sentence about your brand, and it is the reason the clip belongs to your channel.
What does the result look like?
From the run this page is written from, probed on the delivered file: 1080x1920, H.264, 30fps, 4.5 seconds, AAC audio. Vertical and under five seconds, which is about right for something that will appear at the end of every video you publish from now on rather than once.
Ask for the wide version in the same conversation and Vizard Agent re-lays the composition rather than cropping the vertical one, so both shapes read properly.
Timing was not measured separately for this kind of job. The closest measured work runs a median of 28 to 38 minutes end to end, with the middle half spread considerably wider. Across all projects the median cost by tier is Flash 47, Pro 55, Max 242, Ultra 263 credits.
When does this not work well?
Four seconds is a hard constraint, and a repeated asset is unforgiving of anything that grates, since your regular viewers will see whatever Vizard Agent builds dozens of times. Almost every limit below is really the same one: repetition magnifies small irritations into large ones.
- Anything annoying becomes very annoying. A sound that is charming once is grating on the fortieth video. Choose something that survives repetition.
- Too many words. A channel name and one request is the ceiling. A tagline as well makes both unreadable.
- No previous video to match. Vizard Agent will build from a description, and it will look more generic than one anchored to your existing work.
- It cannot make people subscribe. A good animation removes friction at the moment someone is already considering it. Vizard Agent builds the prompt; the video before it is what earns the click.
- Voice choice is a commitment. Changing it later means every new video sounds different from your back catalogue.
- One clip, two shapes, forever. Vizard Agent delivers both, and if your channel later changes its look, every video already published still carries the old one. That is an argument for a simple design rather than a fashionable one.
- Platforms change their prompts. A clip pointing at a button that has moved dates quickly. Keep it about the action rather than the interface.
How do you fix a result that came back wrong?
Say which part. Vizard Agent keeps the style reference frame, the generated voice and the assembled clip separately, so changing the voice does not rebuild the animation, and adjusting the animation does not require the audio to be made again.
- "The voice is too loud." An audio change only.
- "Match the colours more closely." Vizard Agent re-checks against the reference frame it took.
- "Half a second shorter." A timing change inside the same build.
How does Vizard Agent compare to doing it yourself?
The alternatives are a marketplace template with your name typed into it, or an afternoon in a motion tool. The template is fast and instantly recognisable as a template, which is a strange thing to attach to every video you publish; the afternoon produces something better and has to be repeated whenever the channel changes.
| A template | Vizard Agent | |
|---|---|---|
| Style | Someone else's design | A frame from your own video |
| Voice | Whatever shipped with it | Cast to your description |
| Two shapes | Two separate edits | Re-laid from one build |
| Changing it later | Re-edit the template | Say what changes |
Common questions
How long should it be? Four or five seconds. Anything longer is skipped, and it appears in every video you make.
Can it use a child's voice? Yes. Vizard Agent searches for a voice matching the character you describe and generates the read.
Can I get vertical and wide? Yes, and ask for both together. The second shape is a re-lay rather than a fresh build.
Can it match my intro as well? Yes. If both are in the same project, Vizard Agent builds the subscribe clip against the intro so the two read as one set rather than two separate assets.
Can I get a silent one as well? Yes. Ask Vizard Agent for both, and use the silent version wherever your outro already has music running underneath it.
What if I have no previous video? Vizard Agent builds from your description instead. Point it at one later and it can rebuild to match.
